If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase within the first 14 days, you can return it and you will receive a full refund. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Restocking fees might be applied.Orders made by custom order request are final and non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted
1. Goods with obvious signs of use
2. Any item which is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
3. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged Items Policy
In case you receive a damaged item from the carrier, it is very important to follow the below steps so we can make sure to resolve the issue with your delivery in the best possible way:
1. If you receive a damaged item from the carrier, i.e. if you see any damage on the box, please make sure to report it to them immediately. They should issue a damage report for you.
2. After you receive the report, please make sure to contact our CS team providing the images of the damage and our team will from there make sure to resolve the issue.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and our Customer Service Team will get back to you. Please note, returns are not accepted at our office address, but warehouse address only.
How to return my product
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from 122 Design. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return your product to 122 Design Warehouse. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Service Team will get back to you. Once you have been contacted, you can send your item to our warehouse in Dublin. Please note, returns are not accepted at our office address, but warehouse address only.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
